My Digital Shelf produces global summits for the Retail and CPG industries. We collect data such as name, email address, job title, company name, email address and provide you with information on our summits. The data we collect depends on how you provide it to us (such as joining our mailing list from our website, register to attend one of our conferences). We will not share this data externally unless you explicitly consent to our doing so. We respect your right to privacy and always comply with your wishes to remove your data from our systems. This notice applies to all information collected by My Digital Shelf or submitted to My Digital Shelf. This notice was updated in May 2018 to reflect GDPR compliance standards.
The data that you provide to us will be used to provide you with information on and attendance to our conferences and to communicate with conference attendees and sponsors, via the event app. We will never use or share your information in ways unrelated to this.
Some information will be shared with third parties for the conference website and email platforms, these include Wix, Mailchimp, Ticket Tailor and Socio. In order to prevent unauthorised parties from accessing your data, we have put in place electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
If you would like to unsubscribe from our communications at any time, you may do so in the footer of any of our emails. If you would like us to delete your information entirely, please email marketing@mydigitalshelf.co.uk. Otherwise, by continuing to interact with our emails. you provide us with permission to manage and use your data as described above.
