EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.
An invoice will be emailed to you and payment is required within 14 working days of the receipt of this email.
If your payment has not been received and processed before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in on the day of the event
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the date, location, agenda and other event programmes without notice.
Places are transferable without any charge, but you must inform My Digital Shelf of this change in writing prior to the event.
You will incur a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel within 14 working days of receiving your invoice or making an online card payment. For all cancellations received after 14 working days of receving your invoice or making an online card payment, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
You must notify My Digital Shelf in writing of a cancellation.
All discounts are applied from the full pass price as advertised. Only one discount can be applied per pass.
By attending the Summit you allow My Digital Shelf the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media at the Summit and to distribute, broadcast or use such media without any further approval from you.
By registering for the Summit, you allow your full name, job title and company name given upon registration to be visible and shared amongst all other event participants.
My Digital Shelf, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Summit, including but not limited to, the Summit name, themes, content, programme, speakers, moderators, venue and time.
My Digital Shelf reserves the right to deny admission to anyone for any reason.
